What is happiness?

psongster has written a "research report" on a book surveying what is known about happiness by a British economist (Richard Layard). I found her post quite interesting, and suspect I'd find the book interesting as well (and since it's in my house, I'll probably read it). But meanwhile, I wanted to make folks aware of her summary. Neat stuff.

Cool! Glad to provide neat links. When I get to reading it myself (sigh--time) I may have other comments, but it does sound neat.
