This time it's cmeckhardt who's written up her own thoughts on communication through reference to shared experience, what are the common kinds of shared (and not-shared) experience, and how one can increase one's ability to communicate with other people by intelligent management of shared contexts. It's academic, but definitely interesting, and also examines a contemporary group: punks!
